There are Six Seasons in a year. The summer is the first season. It is the hottest season. It begins in the last part of April and ends in June. The Earth gets straight and direct rays of the sun. The days are long and The nights are short. The hot wind blows in at noon. The heat of the sun becomes unbearable.
Roads look deserted Rivers, Canals, wells, ponds are dried up, People suffer from the scarcity of water. Cattle and other animals suffer from water, Trees get dry and lifeless. People unable to work for long hours. People suffer from Sunstroke. The earth looks brown and dry. Nature seems lifeless.
All through the day, people sweat profusely. All feel tired and thirsty. Vegetables are not available in plenty but we can get a lot of fruits. Mangoes, Jackfruits, Pineapples are available in plenty. Nights are pleasant in summer. people like to lie down in open places. They use fans, coolers, Ac, etc in this Season. They celebrate some festivals during this season.
Despite some disadvantages, the summer is good. It brings in the rain.
